Merit Bank is thrilled to recognize the recent addition of Olivia Word to the Risk Management Team as Risk Management Specialist. Olivia has quickly proven herself as a tremendous asset to Merit through her initial role in Deposit Operations and transition to the current role with the Risk Department. Her excellence in writing and analytical skills will continue to strengthen the bank’s mission to offer safe and well-operating systems for all clients and employees.
Olivia is a recent graduate at the University of Tennessee Southern where she majored in English and found her love of creating personal connections with those among a close-knit community. She enjoys trying new foods, travelling, baking, cooking, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends, family and three dogs.
