Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is proud to announce the promotion of Pam Hailey to Deputy Business Unit Lead for Science and Engineering Technology (SET). In her new role, Pam will support SET Business Unit Lead Ben Mitchell’s strategic vision and objectives and will lead programmatic execution and team member development. Pam is committed to the i3 mission and has been a key contributor to i3’s growth throughout her seven years with the company.
With 20 years of experience in programmatic, operational, and talent management across DoD and commercial industries, Pam is passionate about leadership, streamlining and optimizing efficiencies, and giving back to the Warfighter and the community. Pam finds inspiration as a 6th-generation Huntsville-area native and granddaughter of a member of Von Braun’s Apollo team and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our team members, our company, and our community.
Pam is a lifelong learner. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama Huntsville, has an Executive Leadership Certification from George Mason University, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2017. Pam will be completing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership next year.
