He attended the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He served as the President of the Alabama State Bar from 2014-2015, and presently serves on the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates. He is a member of the American Law Institute, the Alabama Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, and the University of Alabama School of Law Foundation Board of Governors. Dedicated to providing pro bono representation to the underserved members of his community, Rich has also handled cases for the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program, frequently helping veterans with legal issues. He is also a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club. Rich will continue to work in Huntsville, basing his practice out of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Huntsville office.
