He currently serves as the Director of Business Development at JESCO, Inc., an industrial construction contractor specializing in mechanical engineering, steel fabrication, millwright services and construction planning. Prior to joining JESCO, Ross served in key roles with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber and the Mississippi Development Authority. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of supporting businesses, driving job creation, and enhancing regional economic competitiveness. Ross’s experience spans a variety of sectors, including infrastructure development, workforce development, and corporate recruitment.
