Ryan Caradonna has joined iXpressGenes (iXG) as Chief Operating Officer. He is an entrepreneur and finance professional who recently led EQ Tickets from concept to acquisition. As co-founder and CEO, he raised venture funding and scaled the platform across three distinct business lines. His traditional finance background includes roles in investment banking at Moelis & Company and asset management at JP Morgan, where he managed over $1B in assets and completed over $1B in transactions.
Prior to founding EQ Tickets, Ryan led growth and partnerships at DTI Management, executing over $60M in distribution deals with major sports teams and music artists. Ryan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.S. in Commerce from UVA. He currently advises several seed-stage startups in AI research and health diagnostics, and recently co-founded Lolu, a wellness studio in East Nashville.
