Samantha Rems returned to Turner Construction in April of this year as a Project Manager, having interned in the New Jersey office in 2011 and 2012. Samantha has 10 years of experience building in New York City as both a Project Manager and Superintendent. She has also previously served as an Operations Excellence Manager, focusing on strategic planning and training efforts.
Samantha is passionate about empowering women in construction, most notably serving as the Global Chair of her former employer’s Women’s Employee Resource Group. She currently serves as the Treasurer of a non-profit, Waves of Education, an organization dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children in Uganda through building schools.
A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, Samantha earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. She lives in Cullman with her fiancé, future stepchildren, and their dog.
