The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber welcomes Staci Sellers as our new Director of Governance Support & Special Projects.

In her role, Staci serves as Executive Assistant for Chamber President and CEO Chip Cherry. She coordinates board meetings as well as special projects in Cummings Research Park.

“We live in a wonderful city that is booming and has so much to offer, and the Chamber does incredible work to ensure we all get to benefit from it,” said Staci. “I have amazing, caring coworkers – coming to work is a delight.”

Prior to joining the Chamber team, Staci worked in event planning for 24 years, building relationships in the community through various volunteer roles, as a manager, and through leadership training. She is also a champion for adoption.

Here’s a fun fact. In her experience as an event planner, she once had to coordinate to land a helicopter in a parking lot at the VBC!

Staci loves 80’s & 90’s music and is an avid football fan. She also loves to cook, but shared that she doesn’t care for birthday cake.
