Steve Cross is the Manager of the Seeker Systems and Integration Department at Aviation & Missile Solutions, which supports various customers across the Department of Defense. Steve’s department is responsible for providing high performance modeling and simulation capabilities, open system architecture designs and implementations, systems engineering, algorithm development, hardware prototyping, and subject matter expertise in ground and airborne RF systems such as missile seekers, synthetic aperture radar sensors, RF datalinks, and next generation surface, naval, and airborne radars to numerous DoD organizations.

Prior to working at AMS, Steve spent 17 years at Dynetics supporting various customers across the Department of Defense focusing on solving challenging problems related to RF missile seekers. He has successfully developed numerous technologies and has guided them from concept development to successful transition into fielded weapon systems. Steve received his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
