Offset Strategic Services’ (OSS) motto is “Make a Difference!” and Tammy Stedham has made a tremendous difference in a short time. She is OSS’s Network Administrator and Cybersecurity Specialist. Tammy ensures that OSS’s cloud-based network is secure and always ready to support customers.

Over the past 18 months, Tammy prepared the company for an audit of its Level 2 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). This assessment verifies an organization’s cybersecurity systems meet the Level 2 CMMC requirement for Department of Defense contractors. Compliance plays a key role in protecting controlled unclassified information (CUI). In December, Tammy led nine auditors from the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Assessment Center (DIBCAC), and three auditors from a Certified Third-Party Auditor (C3PAO) through OSS’s CMMC program and controls. After this weeklong audit, OSS has achieved CMMC Level 2 compliance. Our company is now part of a select group of CMMC compliant small business. Tammy’s expertise, drive, and commitment made this success possible.
