St. John Paul II Catholic High School is excited to announce the addition of Tania Yee as the school’s new Development Director. Tania joins JPII with more than 20 years of experience in strategic development, quality management, employee coaching, customer relations, and mentoring. In her new position, Tania will be responsible for donor engagement, developing and leading fundraising initiatives, planning and overseeing alumni activities, writing grants, and other fundraising activities.
Before joining JPII, Tania was the Global Director of Quality Services and Continuous Improvement for BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions. Her previous experience shows her commitment to quality improvement, hard work, and passion for building relationships. She has numerous years of experience in management, leadership mentoring, and employee training while working in the corporate environment.
Yee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Manhattanville College and a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Business Operations from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. She also holds many professional certifications in leadership, quality management, and coaching. Tania is a JPII alumni parent of two JPII graduates and a former president of the JPII Parent Association. Given her proven and successful accomplishments, Tania will be a wonderful teammate at St. John Paul II Catholic High School.
