Terry Hice joined CFD Research as the Director of Strategic Capture within the Program Management team. Terry will be leading capture efforts across the organization, primarily in the areas of hypersonics, testing, aviation and missile command, and other aerospace efforts.
Terry joins CFD Research with 22 years of technical leadership experience in the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMIC), Space and Missile Defense Command, Rapid Capabilities Critical Technology Office (RCCTO) and Program Executive Offices Missiles and Space and Aviation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Program Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and also has extensive testing experience as a tester and a team lead for missile propulsion systems and Non-Line of Sight Launch System (NLOS-LS) missile programs. He also led tiger teams for modernization efforts within Army aviation such as advanced high-pressure fuel pumps, Hellfire missile integration, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and EO/IR payloads. As Chief Engineer at RCCTO, he worked closely with OSD, USAF, Navy, MDA, and a competent team of industry experts building the S&T roadmaps for the future of Hypersonics.
