The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for continued Job Order Contract (JOC) services to support Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.  The FBI will require JOC services to support construction, alteration, and repair of industrial, commercial, office, utility projects, and minimal design at various FBI facilities on Redstone Arsenal.  These facilities will be within Redstone Arsenal. The FBI has a need for project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other associated tasks necessary to fulfill the construction requirements of each JOC Task Order. This contract will provide for a one (1) year Base Period and up to four (4) Option Periods. Offerors are required to have an office within a 60-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal at the time of proposal submission to be considered for award.

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice to notify all Socio-Economic Small Business companies that the FBI has a requirement for continued Job Order Contract (JOC) services to support Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

PRIME CONTRACTOR MUST BE WITHIN A 60 MILE RADIUS OF REDSTONE, ARSENAL

The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) with an 100% Small Business Set-Aside.  Award will be made utilizing the Best Value Source Selection approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 (Commercial, and Institutional Building Construction).
