Merit Bank is extremely pleased to welcome Thomas Busby as Huntsville Market Executive. With deep roots in north Alabama and over 25 years of experience, Thomas brings a proven track record of leadership, client service and community engagement to our growing team. In this key leadership role, he will work closely with the Executive Management Team to lead the Retail, Commercial, and Private Banking divisions and our overall efforts in the dynamic Huntsville market.
Thomas is a graduate of Auburn University and is extremely involved in the community, serving on the Boards for Harris Home for Children, Inc., 305 8th Street, Huntsville International League, and Madison Academy – sharing Merit Bank’s focus on community-driven leadership. His strong ties to Huntsville’s business and civic landscape will be invaluable as we continue expanding our presence in north Alabama.
