Tim Busby has been promoted to senior project manager at construction firm Robins & Morton. In his new leadership role, Busby will lead customer service, business development, and project management oversight for several clients served by the company’s Huntsville office.
During his 13-year tenure with the organization, Busby has directly contributed to the success of 16 projects in the healthcare, government, and commercial sectors totaling nearly $700 million. Busby began his career by working on the construction of HH Madison Hospital in 2012. Since returning to Huntsville in 2023, Busby has been working on the Bank Independent Operations Center in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The four-story, 100,000-square-foot center will house about 300 team members, allowing Bank Independent to consolidate five offices into one location.
In addition to his work at Robins & Morton, Busby is involved with Bank Independent’s Helping Hands Foundation, including volunteering at local food banks, painting a local elementary school, and volunteering for the Helping Hands half marathon.
Busby holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction degree from Auburn University. He has received a Leadership Certificate from Leadership Training through Northwest Shoals Community College, and he is a recent graduate of Leadership Shoals.
