MDW Associates is excited to announce that Mr. Tom Plant has recently earned an Associate Coaching Credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Tom completed over 100 hours of coach-specific education, 200+ hours of client coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching, a 1-on-1 coaching performance test, and a final exam.

Tom’s coaching career has partnered him with a wide range of individuals and groups spanning various professional sectors to include the Department of Defense, High Schools and Universities, Local and Federal Office holders, Attorneys, CIO’s, CEO’s, Wounded Warrior Amputees, and Media and Entertainment professionals. This accreditation further fuels Tom’s passion to support individuals and organizations on mindset, leadership, motivation, team building, professional and career development.

In support of MDW Associates’ mission to train and equip future leaders, Tom has developed a professional development curriculum focused on leadership, accountability, and how to use the “coach approach” to manage teams and individuals. This curriculum is used to enhance and grow leadership within MDW and to foster team cohesiveness within the company’s employee and customer teams.
