DCS announced the promotion of Wayne Cowan to HH-60W Jolly Green Department Manager in the Air Sea Forces Support Sector. Wayne brings 19 years of helicopter Acquisition Category I program knowledge and procurement experience, and extensive rotary wing maintenance expertise to the Air Force Helicopter Program Office. In this new role, he will oversee engineering and program management personnel supporting the HH-60W and MH-139A Helicopter Programs.
