Huntsville Botanical Garden is pleased to announce that Whitni Barnett has joined the Garden team as the Director of Hospitality.

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Whitni is excited to take on this role. She has served as a General Manager for both Marriott and Hilton Hotels. As Vice President of Operations, she oversaw operations for a portfolio of 12 hotels across the United States. Whitni successfully led four new hotel openings and two major renovations, earning recognition as a three-time Marriott Charter Member. She also spent two and a half years overseeing food and beverage operations at Caserma Del Din Military Base in Italy, where she was awarded a coin from the Department of Defense for her contributions to operational growth and efficiency.

Whitni looks forward to leveraging her extensive background to enhance the hospitality experience at Huntsville Botanical Garden.
