Jim Chase has been promoted to Director of Quality for Trideum Corporation. As one of Trideum’s founding employees, starting with the company at its inception 18 years ago, Jim has served in several roles including Quality Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Project Engineer/Analyst. In his new position, Jim will be responsible for the continued improvement and operation of the Trideum Quality Management System (QMS) and for maintaining the company’s compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 industry standard. In addition, he will be developing and supporting initiatives to improve process and capability performance and efficiency, ensuring that Trideum delivers the highest quality solutions and services to its customers. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University.
