PeopleTec, Inc. takes pride in honoring the exceptional Dr. David Noever, our Chief Scientist and a Senior Technical Fellow. Dr. Noever joined PeopleTec in 2009. With a career spanning over three decades, Dr. Noever has provided his invaluable expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining to NASA and multiple Department of Defense customers.
A prolific researcher, he has authored well over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles—making substantial contributions to applications for innovative neural networks, artificial intelligence, and predictive reasoning. Dr. Noever earned a bachelor’s degree (B.S.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a doctorate (DPhil) in Theoretical Physics from Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
