DCS Corporation’s Joe Cianciolo has been promoted to Operations Manager for the PM MAV/SPHS/SBCT Engineering Support Branch within the PEO GCS Engineering Support Department for the TACOM PM Support Division. Joe brings more than 22 years of software engineering and engineering management experience in the defense industry to this position. In this new role, Joe is responsible responsibility for program management support for the MAV, SPHS, and SBCT Platforms.
