DCS announced Joe Elam as one of the Division Managers on the SEMATS3 contract and Information Systems Security Manger. Joe has been a part of the Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office at Eglin Air Force Base since 2012. He is responsible for cybersecurity and maintaining the Authority to Operate for the organization’s Development Test and Evaluation enclave. Jeff served 10 years in the United States Air Force and has more than 30 years of experience supporting various Air Force organizations as a contractor and instructor conducting cybersecurity operations and systems administration.
