A-P-T Research, Inc. (APT) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Carroll to the position of HR Manager, Acting. Lauren is a strategic and innovative technical recruiter who translates hiring needs into successful hires that improve retention, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is skilled in talent acquisition, employee morale, onboarding processes, developing internships, and working successfully with internal managers for a streamlined internal process. She also manages APT’s intern program and serves on the Young Professionals Committee.
