Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Wallace to Business Process Director. In her new role, Amy will be helping to solve operational challenges as the company matures its processes and introduces new tools to streamline business functions. She will perform critical analysis on current business processes and help develop new, higher quality processes to make Radiance more efficient. This will include improving processes and reporting across the company as Radiance transitions to its new Enterprise Reporting System (Unanet) and Human Capital Management system (Workday).
Amy joined Radiance in 2015 as a Program Control Analyst supporting the Engineering Services Group (ESG) with a focus on the work within the Directed Energy portfolio. She was promoted to Program Control Lead in 2019 for ESG and the Huntsville-area Cyber Security Group (CSG). In 2020, she moved into the Emerging & Disruptive Technologies Group and served as the Director of Business Operations where she improved business processes, communication with the business groups, and group operations. Amy served as the 2022 Co-Chair for the inaugural year of Radiance Gives, is currently serving as the 2023 Radiance Gives Chair, and is a member of Radiance’s WE LEAD Advisory Board.
