Andrew Tuggle is an attorney, specializing in global trade and export compliance. Growing up, he spent much of his time at the Decatur Public Library—an experience that helped shape his belief in the importance of public libraries. He now serves as Board Chair of the Huntsville-Madison County Library Foundation. Andrew is committed to the long-term strategic growth of the Huntsville area, with the public libraries as a crucial element—for education, for community engagement, and for workforce development.
