
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (April 18, 2025) – Arts Huntsville is seeking volunteers for the 2025 Panoply Arts Festival, to be held in downtown Huntsville April 25, 26 and 27, 2025. Panoply Arts Festival requires over 1,000 volunteers to bring arts, music and more to the community in Big Spring Park.
Volunteer shifts vary in length and are available in every area of the park, from art and STEAM interactives to gateway greeters, face painting and more. The minimum age to volunteer is 14 years old with an adult present. Volunteers 16 and 17 years of age may volunteer with permission from a parent or guardian.
Volunteers will gain free admission to enjoy the festival before or after their shift. Volunteer check in is presented by Torch Technologies.
Individuals can sign up to volunteer at artshuntsville.org. Groups interested in volunteering together can email Community Engagement Manager, Ashley Hudson at [email protected] to coordinate the group volunteering.

Tickets are on sale now at artshuntsville.org with day passes available in advance online for $15 and weekend passes for $20. Children 12 and under are free of charge. Tickets will be $15 at the gate and online once the festival opens on April 28 at 5 p.m.
