Maynard Nexsen recently welcomed Beau Womack, Government Solutions Of Counsel, to the Huntsville office.
Beau draws on over 14 years of judicial experience within the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.
He worked for seven years as a Career Law Clerk to the Honorable Liles C. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In this role, he served as the judge’s senior legal advisor, providing detailed analysis and recommendations on complex procedural and substantive issues. He also mentored term clerks and interns, helping them develop foundational legal skills. Earlier in his career, Beau served as a Staff Attorney at the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, where he provided in-depth legal analysis on appeals arising from a broad range of state criminal proceedings.
As an active member of the community, Beau is a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club and St. Matthews Episcopal Church.
