Blake Williams, Limestone County Economic Development Association (LCEDA)

Limestone County native, Blake Williams joined the LCEDA team in November 2022. Blake brings several years’ worth of experience in the communications industry to LCEDA. He attended Mississippi State University where he studied Communication with a concentration in Public Relations.

He serves on various community boards and committees including the Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association Limestone County Board Representative, Athens Rotary Club Board of Directors, CASA of North Alabama Board of Directors, and Athens Main Street Promotions Committee.

Blake was named the 2022 Young Professional of the Year by the Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association and has won several awards through the Public Relations Council of Alabama and the Southern Public Relations Federation.

During his free time, Blake likes to travel, play pickleball, and spend time with his family and friends.
