GTEC has welcomed Cesar Castillo to the Geotechnical Engineering Department as a Project Manager. Cesar brings 15 years of experience throughout various fields of civil engineering. Prior to joining the team, he had worked as a consultant for construction materials testing and geotechnical engineering; additionally, he has experience in structural design. Cesar’s work has spanned across commercial, industrial, energy, and transportation market sectors within northern Alabama and southern Tennessee.
