Cieara Hitt is the newly promoted Director of Vocational Services at Phoenix, leading three teams that provide employment and training services across nine counties in north Alabama. She has worked with Phoenix for nine years.
Cieara holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Alabama A&M University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English Literature from Jacksonville State University.
In addition to her role at Phoenix, she serves as a CARF Surveyor and maintains certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
