Victory Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Hicks to Chief Engineer, Digital Enterprise. Dan will provide technical leadership and coordination in all areas of Digital Engineering (DE) and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) for relevant programs, services, and products. This includes ensuring employees are trained in relevant DE/MBSE skills in support of system model development, management, and administration to support customer requirements.

Dan has been with Victory Solutions almost from its inception supporting a range of NASA, Army Aviation and Missile Defense customers. He holds an electrical engineering degree, multiple masters degrees and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Systems Engineering. In addition, Dan has provided critical curriculum development and professional training capabilities as Victory Solutions stood up its Institute for Digital Enterprise Advancement (IDEA) non-profit. The company congratulates Dan as he joins the Leadership Team and looks forward to his steering the company’s continued growth in DE and MBSE endeavors.
