Hailey Anderson, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber

Hailey Anderson, IOM, has joined the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber as the Membership Retention Specialist, bringing nearly a decade of chamber and nonprofit experience to the role. She most recently served as Director of Membership Development at the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce in Kentucky—recognized as the 2019 National Chamber of the Year by ACCE and a 2024 4-Star Accredited Chamber by the U.S. Chamber. In her role, she led membership recruitment and retention, coordinated leadership development programs, and strengthened workforce pathways through school and foundation partnerships.

Hailey’s career has focused on creating meaningful member experiences, fostering long-term engagement, and improving internal systems. In addition to her chamber work, she has consulted with organizations nationwide on database migrations and communication strategies, helping streamline operations and improve member value. Her leadership and service have earned statewide recognition, including the 2021 Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives “Chamber Staff of the Year” award and a 2025 spot on Murray State University’s 22 Under 40 list.

Now based in Huntsville, Hailey is excited to serve the dynamic businesses of Huntsville and Madison County. She brings a collaborative spirit, a member-first mindset, and a passion for organizational excellence to her new role. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Murray State University and is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Institute for Organization Management and Leadership Kentucky’s ELEVATE program.
