Heather Gardner has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Government Services. In her time at LSINC, Gardner has proven her passion for servant leadership in the way she has led her team at the Missile Defense Agency. She has now assumed all Contract Program Manager duties of the TEAMS HR and SRACES government programs for LSINC.
Gardner joined the MDA Teams HR contract in 2019 and later transitioned to LSINC in 2021 when she was selected to be the Tech Lead for the contract.
