Heather McAllister, RN, MSN, has been promoted from nurse educator to Director of Huntsville Hospital’s Coronary Care Unit 1 and Coronary Care Unit 2.
McAllister has been with the Coronary Care Unit since January 2017, starting as bedside nurse and then becoming the nurse educator. She was named HH’s Employee of the Month in February 2022. A Montgomery native, McAllister graduated from nursing school at UAH. She also holds a master’s degree in nursing from UAB and is certified as a critical care RN.
