Penny Billings, Market President for Cadence Bank is delighted to welcome back one of Huntsville’s own, Jacob Abbott, as he assumes the role of AVP Commercial Relationship Manager.
Abbott brings a wealth of experience from his time in Birmingham, where he worked with Regions Bank and Orchestra Partners, a real estate development firm, focused on the urban revitalization of historic downtowns. During his time in Birmingham, he was an active member of the downtown Birmingham Rotaract Club and also served on the Board of Directors at Red Mountain Theatre Company.
“I am beyond thrilled to be back in Huntsville and to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the place I’ve always called home,” Abbott said.
He holds an MBA with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama and is a proud graduate of Birmingham-Southern College.
Abbott lives in south Huntsville with his wife, Virginia, along with their son, John Henry (1), and their two Boxers, Rosie and Owen.
