Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Jennifer Dean from Senior Contracts Administrator to Director – Contracts. In this new role, Jennifer will lead a group of contract administrators and continue to handle NDA’s, TA’s, cost proposal creation, proposal submission, contract negotiations, contract administration, and contract closeout.
Jennifer has been with Radiance since 2006, and over the last eight years, she has evolved into the company subject matter expert on OTA administration, the lead on Radiance’s OASIS contracts, and has been a mentor to others in the contracts department.
