Seabrook Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Jessica Summers to Human Resources Manager.

Jessica brings expertise in HR management, with a strong focus on HR policies, employee engagement, benefits, and employee relations. Before stepping into this role, Jessica played a pivotal part in supporting the company’s government contracts, while also leading the development of HR efforts and refining key policies. Notably, in July 2023, she onboarded 185 employees in just 15 days, an impressive feat that set the foundation for her continued success. Under her leadership, the HR department has grown significantly, facilitating the seamless onboarding of 420+ employees to date.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She is a devoted wife to Robert and a loving mother to their two children, Robert III (3) and Dilyn (2).
