Victory Solutions is pleased to announce Jim Wesseling as Program Manager for the recently awarded Sea-based X-band (SBX) Radar Contract. Jim brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience in both the Government and industry including over 20 years serving in the US Army as an Army Logistician.

As Program Manager, Jim leads a multi-disciplined team of engineers and analysts to support SBX operations and sustainment activities. His responsibilities include providing day-to-day management and technical leadership, ensuring the high-performing team has the tools and resources to accomplish tasks and control of quality, cost, and schedule for all deliverables and work products.
