Josh Coffey serves as Chief Technologist at AMIIC. He is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a focus in hypersonic weapon system development, high-temperature material, advanced manufacturing, and program management. Josh has experience working across multiple DoD branches and has successfully led the transition of numerous next-generation technologies from the development stage to full system integration on flight-tested hypersonic weapon systems. Josh has a passion for getting promising technologies across the “valley of death” and integrated into production programs.
Josh holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB) and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama-Huntsville (UAH).
