Joshuah Gregory has demonstrated remarkable leadership and commitment to community service throughout his career. He became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. in 2012, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors in leadership and mentorship. In 2018, he joined the Nashville Young Leaders Council, where he contributed to initiatives aimed at fostering youth engagement and development after serving as the Chairperson of the Passport to Manhood mentoring program at the Franklin TN Boys and Girls Club from 2015-2018.
His involvement continued to grow as he was selected as one of the Nashville Emerging Leaders in 2019, further enhancing his skills and network within the community. That same year, he took on a significant role as a board member for Healing Arts Project, Inc. (HAPI), advocating for arts-based healing initiatives. Additionally, Josh graduated from the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute in 2019, equipping himself with essential business acumen. By 2021, he was actively involved with the Music City Leadership Council, promoting civic engagement and collaboration among local leaders. In 2024, Josh expanded his fraternity affiliations by being inducted into the 100 Black Men of America, showcasing his dedication to both military and civilian communities.
His professional achievements were recognized when he was named one of Huntsville Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2024 and became a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) that same year. Furthermore, he serves as a Project Manager for the Department of Defense contractor Intrepid LLC.
