With a Master’s degree in Professional Communication from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Juliana’s extensive background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between vision and execution at the firm.
Prior to joining Bailor Group, Juliana honed her skills at the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Invention to Innovation Center (I2C), supporting technology-based ventures through strategic planning and event coordination. Additionally, her role at gener8tor, a nationally-ranked startup accelerator, involved coordinating key events and enhancing marketing efforts across multiple states, further refining her ability to nurture startup ecosystems and drive innovative projects. Juliana also brings a remarkable track record of community involvement to the team, with significant roles at Alabama Steamfest and Women in Tech Huntsville. Her commitment to community engagement is poised to make significant contributions to both Bailor Group and the wider Huntsville community.
Having joined Bailor Group in March 2024, Juliana has quickly become integral in enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic project execution. Her comprehensive skill set ensures she can adeptly handle the full spectrum of the company’s services—from growth strategy and operational scaling to pioneering new tech AI strategies, as well as external marketing and brand development.
