CFD Research is proud to announce Katie Starck has been recently promoted to Senior Director, working closely with the Program Management and Contracts offices. Katie joined CFD Research in 2020 and currently leads the company’s Hypersonics Ground Test Tunnel OTA with the Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command, for which CFD Research is the Prime.

Katie joined CFD Research in 2020 as a manager with 9+ years of experience leading multiple, complex contracts at Redstone Test Center, including the RTC-Wide Engineering and Support Services contract. She was also simultaneously the Program Manager on a subcontract under the RTC Engineering Test Support Services contract.

Katie has her MBA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
