Yorktown Systems Group is thrilled to announce Kelsee Tucker as the 2024 Staff Employee of the Year. Since joining YSG in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, Kelsee Tucker has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to learning, adaptability, and excellence. Over the years, she has grown into roles as a Human Resource Specialist; Program Management Assistant; AWG Recruitment, Assessment, and Selection (RAS) Specialist; and Operations Specialist. Now serving as one of YSG’s primary corporate and operations recruiters, Kelsee’s diverse experience and willingness to embrace new challenges have made her an indispensable member of the team. Her ongoing dedicated support to multiple YSG customers, to various internal departments, and to YSG’s entire workforce, has made her a clear choice for Staff Employee of the Year.
