MAD Security is thrilled to announce that Kerri Rantala has joined the team as Finance Director, as of February 2024. Kerri leads the company’s financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic data analysis. With her extensive financial experience and notable expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and asset management, Kerri’s analytical prowess, detail-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills make her an invaluable addition.

Before joining MAD Security, Kerri served as the Director of Asset Management, overseeing approximately $200 million in revolving credit across multiple financial partners. Her proficiency in producing metrics across all departments to analyze and evaluate budget and timeline performance and her ability to reduce carrying costs showcase her exceptional analytical and decision-making skills. Kerri also served as the primary contact for all Build to Rent (BTR) investment clients, managing portfolios that accounted for 40% of the annual volume.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kerri is an active member of the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Huntsville Young Professionals, coordinating events that engage young professionals in community involvement through volunteering, professional education, and networking. In 2023, she organized a Toy Drive for Kids to Love, collecting over 850 toys for children in foster care.

Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and has a decade of experience in accounting and financial analysis. She excels at synthesizing complex data into actionable information and effectively communicates with senior-level business partners. Kerri’s proficiency and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously make her a versatile and adaptive leader.
