Agility Technical Solutions is pleased to welcome Laura Hopper to the team as Director of Operations, directly supporting Agility founder, Danny Featherston. Laura will manage several departments within Agility to ensure the company is performing efficiently and effectively, as well as support business development and consulting efforts.

Laura is a Huntsville native with 20 years of experience, bringing extensive knowledge in program, acquisition, and operations management to the team. As a certified Project Management Professional, she has managed numerous multimillion dollar programs for the DoD, from inception to fielding. She spent the first 11 years of her career supporting the Prototype Integration Facility, managing several programs delivered directly to the warfighter, including two recognized in the U.S. Army’s Top Ten Greatest Inventions program. Before joining the Agility team, she served the Apache Program Office in acquisition and program management roles.

Laura excels not only professionally but also through her philanthropic efforts. She enjoys serving others and is actively involved in her community and church. Most recently, Laura serves on the Board of Influencers for The Cornerstone Initiative, a Christ centered non-profit serving the low-income community in Madison County, Alabama and serves her River Hills Church family through various roles including worship team member, women’s ministry coordinator, and small group leader.
