Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Leah Ann Williams to Assistant Human Resources Director. Williams joined AMS in October 2022 as a senior principal human resources specialist.
With over 20 years of experience, she brings well-rounded expertise across key human resources functions, including compensation analysis, compliance, tracking critical HR data and metrics, and implementing new policies and recruitment initiatives.
Williams received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
