Madison Bailey’s official title is Office Manager at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Huntsville, but she is so much more than this.
Madison is the first person that customers interact with when reaching out to DreamMaker. She is always professional yet at the same time begins to build a relationship with the potential client. Madison spends time explaining the sometimes-complicated process of Home Remodeling while at the same time listening to understand what the client’s goals are.
If the client decides DreamMaker is a good fit for their remodeling project, Madison makes the first appointment with the Designer/Owner. During this meeting, and all following design reviews, Madison is there taking notes, providing insight, working through design concepts with the designer, and helping the client to pick out materials and finishes.
Madison is also responsible for the marketing side of the business and is the point of contact for website and social media. She is always looking for new ways to grow the business and in the 2 years she has been at DreamMaker, efficiency and profitability have doubled.
The relationships Madison builds with the clients along with the excellent work she does with the marketing, finances and trade resources resulted in Madison being named as the 2025 Team Specialist for all DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Franchisees across the US in June at the Annual DreamMaker Reunion.
Along with working full time at DreamMaker, Madison continues her pursuit of her college degree in Business Administration.
