The November 3 general election is here. In Alabama, there has been extremely high interest in absentee voting this year — when absentee voting wrapped up, more than 40,000 people in Madison County had either requested absentee ballots or voted absentee in person at the courthouse.
Polls will be open on Nov. 3 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bring your photo ID and a mask, and it wouldn’t hurt to bring your own black ballpoint pen, to help poll workers save time and cleaning supplies keeping pens clean.
