tvg hospitality/The Orion Amphitheater is pleased to welcome Matt Schulte to their Food & Beverage team as their new Senior Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, Matt will be responsible for the day-to-day and overall management of all venue operations relating to food and beverage, which includes overall leadership and guidance to the F&B department, ensuring they deliver best in class customer service. It also includes menu planning and development, P&L responsibility, and vendor selection and oversight.

Matt comes to tvg from Lexington, KY with a wealth of knowledge and experience across the board regarding food & beverage and hospitality. Prior to tvg hospitality, Matt was the Beverage Director for Wiseguy Lounge, with locations in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee. His career history also includes over 20 years of working in various F&B roles with national hotel brands and various restaurants.
