Deloitte & Touche LLP welcomes Melani Bigger as an Advisory Project Delivery Manager within our Government and Public Services practice In her previous employment, she was contractor support for the PEO CIO office in IT and Development roles. For the past 10 years, she has supported the Utility Helicopters Program Office as a contractor serving as Data Management Lead within the Strategic Systems Support and Acquisition System Management Divisions. In addition, Melani also supported internal corporate professional development programs and served as a Task Order Team Lead Manager within UHPO.
