Mike joined IMS in 2017 and has over 27 years of Business Development experience in the defense contracting industry. Since joining IMS, Mike has been instrumental in the company’s growth managing the EXPRESS BPA capture and proposal efforts along with managing numerous proposals and bids during the past six years.
